Shipping & Handling Charges:
We ship most orders by UPS Ground. On occasion, we ship USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex, and DHL. Shipping and Handling charges are $10.00 USD. Providences of Canada shipping charges have now been added at the Rate of $21.44 and arrive in approx. 10 days. Providences of the UK Shipping Charges have now also been added at the Rate of $28.00 and arrive in approx. 10 days.
Rates - Tax:
An 8% Sales Tax will be applied to orders within California.
Return Policy:
Returns must be made within 14 days of date of delivery. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Call 503-791-HATS for return authorization. Returns must be made in original packaging or other approved packaging. Customer pays return shipping costs. Refunds for purchase price (excluding shipping) will be made upon receipt of goods.
